Accessibility

Last updated 5 September 2026

We want everyone to be able to check a letter and complete an assessment, regardless of how they use the web.

Our target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. In practice that means:

  • Every control is reachable and operable with a keyboard alone.
  • A visible focus indicator, a "skip to content" link, and a logical heading order on every page.
  • Form fields have real labels; errors are announced in text, not by color alone.
  • Text meets AA contrast, and the site works when zoomed to 200% or viewed at small sizes.
  • Motion is subtle and respects your operating system's "reduce motion" setting.
  • Images that carry meaning have text alternatives.

Known limitations

Some third-party components (for example the payment checkout, once live) are outside our direct control; we choose providers with strong accessibility records and test the flows we can.

Tell us about a problem

If something is hard to use, email accessibility@esaverified.com or use the contact form. Describe the page and what went wrong, and we will respond within a few business days and offer to help you complete what you were doing another way.
