Not approved, fully refunded

You pay for a clinical review. If the reviewing professional determines that an emotional support animal is not clinically appropriate for you, no letter is issued and we refund the full fee to your original payment method, typically within five business days.

Approved letters

Once a licensed professional has reviewed your case and issued a letter, the clinical work is complete and the fee is non-refundable. If your letter has an error we made, we correct and reissue it at no charge.
